Disliked: Requesting a full refund. Stomping from people upstairs at 6am when I fell asleep at 3am. Was absolutely ridiculous

It was a great experience!

Liked: The set up of the room was very nice, the bed facing the sun. And it had the triangle went pillows as a headboard. Then the fridge and microwave were hidden. The shower was nice and big and there were plenty of towels. The lighting was good to do make up, also. It also smells clean everywhere you went.
Disliked: There was no warning that TV was an up charge.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and when our rooms air conditioner wasn't working they moved us to another room quickly.
Disliked: Strong smell of cigarettes and pot in the hallway. Also didn't like that there was a surprise security deposit when it wasn't mentioned in booking.com listing.

Good place to stay around...

Liked: The guy at the reception was extremely nice. He recommended a nice place for dinner on a Sunday evening which was very helpful.
Disliked: The air conditioning was very loud even when off.
