Liked: The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable.
Disliked: No Continental breakfast and just a shower no tub.

Amazing staff but cleanliness is lacking for the price

Liked: The staff were exceptional and so kind. I also liked the little restaurant they have. Simple but okay in a pinch!
Disliked: Rooms werent very clean, first room I went to wasnt even made. Second room looked good I thought until I really got in there. In the shower there was hairs and had a weird smell. The light switch in the bathroom visibly had dirt on it and door handle also had dirt you could feel caked on

Disliked: Road/drive back to hotel contained MANY potholes, some were quite deep. Doesn't present a good approach for such a nice hotel. Bistro was staffed by only ONE person. She took orders and then went back to kitchen. Any other patrons were left waiting.

Disliked: It overly smelled like cleaning products and it caused my husband to have really bad allergies. We found blood on our pillow and comforter and the AC soaked the floor under it. No one ever came to restock us in towels or even toilet paper

Overall good/nice experience. Reconsider staffing...

Liked: Convenient location to downtown. Nice and clean facility with comfy beds and nice spacious room and bathroom.
Disliked: Staff was limitedly interactive but efficient. Breakfast delays to have food prepared and anyone to respond at the order desk. One woman (only for Fri am) staffing the kitchen & orders seemed to be hustling but yet was not busy upon our arrival. Had to wait for "service" to get even coffee or tea (not able to self serve). Food was good but delays (fortunately we did not have a time issue). We paid for "breakfast" - limited menu but food was fresh.
