Liked: This was a quick booking that I made with little time to think. It exceeded my expectations, the staff were extremely friendly and the robot delivering my gift store shopping was such a cute moment. Great location for visiting KSC.

It was a beautiful hotel...

Liked: It was clean and had very nice staff. I booked it months before the trip. We were able to watch a launch from there.
Disliked: There wasn’t much of a selection for breakfast. I wish breakfast had been included

Bad

Disliked: The reservation was Saturday to Monday. The checkout was at 11 am my child want stay on the pool and I asked during checkout and they told me she can stay until to 12 and we need to left the property or they was going to charge me a rate. The checking is is until to 3 pm but you can't stay on the property after yo 12 pm.My child was super sad. The mattress was old and was deep.

Great place to watch rocket...

Liked: Great location for the Candy space Center to watch rocket launches. The higher the floor number the better the view of the rocket launches also provided EV chargers
Disliked: Hot tub was only 92°, which is not a hot tub and the pool was 89°, which was almost as warm as the hot tub. The pool was pretty nice though.

Very good
