This was our first trip to Tampa; we loved it so much we are already making plans to return for our next vacation; the hotel and staff was excellent - overall it is 5 out of 5; the rooms are spacious and clean; very relaxing.

Liked: Everything - the receptionist was awesome and friendly like no other.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Great customer service front desk staff, housekeeping staff really nice.
Disliked: Hot or continental free breakfast we paid for our room plus put a deposit on hold on credit card and we can't get a free on continental breakfast.
