Disliked: Should renovate rooms
Regina Wed, 12 April 2017
Liked: Great location, staff was nice
Disliked: The hotel smelled. It was gross. For the price, it was not worth it. We always felt dirty even after we took a shower. No safe in the roof either. Hotel is outdated and needs some upgrades.

Liked: Bed was great - and the staff were amazing when I discovered I'd left our passports and cruise documentation in our room - after we had checked out and when reached the cruise port...!
Disliked: Not much - it was great!

Liked: Courteous staff.
Clean and comfortable bed.
Quiet stay despite the reviews of loud street/train traffic.
Free and fast wireless internet.
Disliked: Someone in the process misspelled my name leading to some initial confusion at check-in. Bathroom in desperate need of renovations and more thorough cleaning. Walked in and saw pubic hair on the toilet, filthy grout, cracked tile, sink faucet fixture was loose (but functional), and what looked like dried vomit on the already dirty door jam. I didn't complain about accommodations since I'm pretty easy-going, but had I been staying more than one night I would have asked for another room.
