You should not promote yourself as an event hotel when you are too rigid to allow me to reschedule when the event was postponed.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The inflexible policy.

Liked: The staff was helpful in securing quarters for washing machines. They were courteous and efficient and the same for the breakfast staff.Rooms were clean and modern.

Disliked: I booked breakfast but it was not provided. The deputy manager rudely said my booking did not include breakfast but it definitely did according to booking..com who awarded me £80 refund.
