You should not promote yourself as an event hotel when you are too rigid to allow me to reschedule when the event was postponed.

Love the location walking distance to the Moon; really nice hotel.

It was fair.

Liked: Location had several trees. Desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. And checkout was a breeze.
Disliked: No guides (building maps) for rooms (odd organization of numbers). Handicap-accessibility areas/entrances were not clearly shown and closest entrance to the room had stairs. Room's smoke detector was covered in toilet paper.
