You should not promote yourself as an event hotel when you are too rigid to allow me to reschedule when the event was postponed.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The inflexible policy.

Love the location walking distance to the Moon; really nice hotel.

Liked: Nice room; excellent staff; comfy beds.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Disliked: Rooms are old ,not very clean,noisy air conditioner kid couldn’t sleep while it was on,Bathroom was not very clean,Some bugs here and there

Liked: Room was really tight when sofa bed was out. Toilet is low.

Liked: Standard Courtyard hoe, clean, efficient. One night stopover, and for that purpose, was completely fine.
