I will not stay at...

Disliked: The bed was the worst I have ever slept in. The mattress was badly stained and was completely worn out. You cannot lay flat on this mattress without rolling to the center of the bed.

The anticipated visit with relatives...

Liked: The hotel lobby and staff were welcoming. We came to Syracuse to meet up with relatives. We only required a bed for the night, which was very comfortable
Disliked: On a one night visit there wasn't time to become dissatisfied with anything and I'm pretty sure there would be nothing unsatisfactory in any case

Bad

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The bed in our room was atrocious! It was about one foot off the floor. The mattress should have been thrown out long ago. It sagged so badly in the middle. We had to put pillows on our side to keep us from rolling into each other in the middle. Never have I ever experienced a situation like this, especially in a Marriott. We reached out to Marriott customer service 3 times to report the issue and did not get a response. We are very disappointed!

Great overnight stay

Liked: Great location. Courteous staff. Starbucks on property.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms due to a maintenance issue, but it was no one’s fault

Nice facility but expensive to...

Liked: nearness to a nice restaurant, availability of mini store, having a couch, & refrigerator and great breakfast.
Disliked: No shower soap in shower and no kleenex. Would like more walk ability.

Disliked: Our room was dirty, for nearly $400 you’d think a little more attention to detail would be provided

Superb

Liked: Its a great location for food and things to do. We really enjoyed the penny pub for billiards. Kitty Hoynes was amazing for dinner.
Disliked: Parking in the hotels on lot parking is $20, they didn't advise to that in advance.
