Liked: The gentleman at the reception was great. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous. Food was great, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Shopping centre and public transport are close by, and so the hotel is well located
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days during our stay but this was fixed the following day. Each time the cleaning staff closed the wash basin water drain plug and we had to unplug it.

Liked: The buffet breakfast was great when the strawberries ran out one of the chefs went and got my daughter her own bowl she was so happy and excited Staff is very friendly and very clean Would highly recommend to my family when they go to stay down Sydney area
Disliked: When I booked my stay I was told breakfast was included in the price but when I arrived I was told I had to pay $35 per adult

Liked: The location for us was good and the price was affordable for the Easter weekend, room service was good.
Disliked: We have stayed before and our expectations were high. The rooms were so noisy, the buffet breakfast was really lacking this time. Easter Sunday was hectic the hotel should have been more prepared knowing how many people would be staying, by the time we got to the buffet it was empty everywhere not even butter for toast, the staff were so under the pump and you top it off we got back to the room to pack our bags to leave and we were locked out of the room. There was also no communication about parking or getting tickets validated so got stuck at the boom gate to exit.
