Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I had stayed here before and had a great experience so I came back. Not sure I will again now though. If I reserve a king room I expect a king room.
Disliked: We booked a king room and they gave us two queens. When we asked for a discount or why this was done, they brushed us off because we are a young couple. Such poor service.

Different

Disliked: That we were supposed to have a hot breakfast and didn?t We found a condum under the side of bed and some trash in the trash can was not emptied and sexual tho gs in trash

Great stay!

Liked: The property was clean and fresh. The room was large. The bed is was the best ever. I am going to buy a Marriot mattress. The handicapped shower was excellent. Since we didn?t get a breakfast buffet they reduced our rate $10.00. I can?t say I have ever treated better.
Disliked: Nothing the property was excellent.

Disliked: Our room was a king size with accommodations for up to 4 people. There were three of us and when we arrived, there was no bedding for the pullout sofabed. Also, when we went to take a shower upon arriving late, there was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom. There was only one set of towels/washcloths/handtowels in the bathroom for all of us. Called and had the bedding and extra towels delivered to the room. It wasn't until we got into the shower did we realize there was no shampoo/soap. I know there was a boys and girls basketball team visiting from another state this weekend and maybe there was quite a few rooms booked but I believe this is nothing new. The staff were amazing and the facilities were absolutely beautiful.
