After fire oasis

Liked: Our house burned down on Presidents Day. The Marriott beds are most comfortable for my back. We liked having a clean, familiar place to stay. $10 vouchers for breakfast were perfect for us. Grateful.
Disliked: We booked a king and sofa bed room and I called afterward and spoke to someone who indicated they could put us in a double queen instead. When my husband got there, the staff put he and our daughter in a king with no sofa and no extra bed. He went to the desk to discuss this and staff was able to accommodate the request. The writing on the bottles in the shower is light green on a gray background and hard to read. The outdoor lights in the parking lot and the side of the building flashed on and off, making me worry about an electrical problem after just having our house burn down. The chairs are low to the ground and hard to get up from for tall people. Not clear whether breakfast was included or not. Narrow entryway to the bed along outer edge first bed next to bathroom. I could not figure out a way to link my Marriott bonvoy # with my reservation. We are now at residence inn by Marriott and it was no problem to link so not sure what the issue is

Liked: Very Clean and well kept ! Every amenity is very easy to find!On Site Laundry Hot Tub & Pool Exercise Room A Cafe offering Starbucks Coffee , Breakfast, Lunch & Early Dinner No Complimentary Breakfast you must pay for at that time Small Store for Vending Items way overpriced
Disliked: The elevators did not work the 1st half of my stay (4 days) Now both of them are working

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and...

Liked: The breakfast was terrible, had to throw it out. The bacon was so undercooked, practically raw !
Disliked: This is my third stay, you are overdoing it to try and save water! The flow out of the bathroom sink faucet is so small it takes forever to get hot water. I had to run the bathtub to get hot water to the sink! That is costing you water use !!This has been the case for all three visits.

not worth the money

Liked: not much. The room and hotel was clean.
Disliked: pool was closed. The restaurant was closed (Chef on Vacation). only coffee in the room, I don't drink coffee. Had to pay for a cup of tea. Had to pay for 1 cold pc of bread(toast)with cold butter, 2 over cooked eggs and 2 pc bacon...$12.00. The breakfast burrito was hard a rock. I paid $144.00 per night for the worst stay in a hotel I have ever had

Liked: The hotel was clean and did accommodate the Hockey team
Disliked: where to start. 1. the pool was closed. 2 the restaurant was closed. only coffee in the room,I don't do coffee,I drink TEA. I had to pay for a cup of TEA. they lied about amenities

Disliked: The bathroom sink didn’t have enough volume , the water saving device was excessively stingy with allowing water flow.Young staff member didn’t seem to enjoy his job, not very helpful.Took to long to get a quick coffee in the AM . AM coffee should be complimentary; just include in your pricing.
