Courtyard by Marriott St Paul Woodbury

Fantastic and clean!

Liked: Clean, lovely lobby area with bar, coffee, and some foods. Room was very updated and stylish. Large shower. Pool area was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was awesome!!

Liked: I have stayed at this property multiple times. This time I don't know if no one understands their job but upon arrival on Thursday the outside before you enter was dirty. There was trash a cigar on the ground near entrance. This exact trash was there when we left on Saturday am. I was disappointed in the lobby floors and hallway floors. I'm not sure if we will return. My daughter came in on Friday pm and she too was surprised how dirty things were. Our room was fine but whoever is to do repairs and clean outside rooms should be fired.

Liked: The location is great. Close to everything.
Disliked: Property is not well kept up. We stayed a week, our room was never vacuumed. One day, no one came to make the beds.

Liked: The pull out bed was not a full-size bed but instead a twin, no microwave in the room. Breakfast is not included. What I was quoted including tax already when I got to the the facility to check in and pay was completely a different amount. The girl at the front desk didn't even tell me my total just charged me, and I had to look on my account to see how much I was charged. I've stayed in Residence Inn next door, and I heard that courtyard was an upgrade to that one, but I personally feel like it was a total down grade. I will not be booking with courtyard ever again.
