Very friendly staff and hotel...

Liked: We loved the location and the very friendly staff. It would be nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. I did find the breakfast very expensive for the quality.
Disliked: No breakfast.

New feeling, clean, within walking...

Liked: New hotel, clean, friendly staff. Within walking distance of Xcel! Valet parking staff were awesome. We went to a 1pm game and couldn’t check in until 3pm but the staff was awesome and let us valet park our truck and let us bring our luggage in until check in! Would stay here again.
Disliked: Only parking available was Valet. So paying for parking is the only downside

This was definitely the best...

Liked: We stayed for one night when we were seeing Madonna at Xcel. The location was ideal, but the part I loved the most was how friendly the staff was and how genuinely excited they seemed. It was like coming home and having your family ask you about your big night out.
Disliked: There honestly wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
