Starbucks in lobby is overly...

Liked: Everything except the overly priced average quality Starbucks in the lobby.
Disliked: No "free" food and the cost of the Starbucks in the lobby was rediculous. $11.85 for a small coffee and a toasted cinnamon raison bagel. WOW!!!!!!

Disliked: No free breakfast. No free coffee inthe morning. Drury Inn next door offers both and free snacks and beer during Happy Hour.

It's not a bad hotel,...

Liked: We liked that it wasn't extremely close to the main highway, meaning it was a little more quiet. The room was a decent size and felt comfortable.
Disliked: We were not a fan of the way to check in late at night, with the hotel being connected to the Residence Inn. It wasn't made clear where you had to check in, so when we went to go into our hotel. We had to pick up a line and be told to go over to the Residence inn and check in. We also didn't enjoy the placement of the elevator because it isn't evenly spaced for half the hotel, along with not exactly being told where our room is, so we ended up walking all the way across the hotel to get on the elevator only to walk back in the direction we parked. Not having the lobby open for guests at night on the Courtyard side makes it confusing for purchasing anything in the lobby, because you have to go over to the Residence inn to purchase anything at night and breakfast is also served over and the Residence Inn, which confused us, because we wernt staying in the Residence Inn but had to do a lot of stuff over there if we wanted anything.
