Disliked: Rooms with connecting doors in between are way too noisy

Disliked: Over prices breakfast, small menu and restaurant and rooms are just okay.

Liked: The bar/restaurant great staff food was really good and reasonably priced
Disliked: Thought it was a little pricey for the accomodations but then again it's in a "good"area so worth it in that regard

Liked: Balcony room was amazing view of an old building with a large clock and loved it

Liked: Convenient location as I was attending a holiday gathering
Disliked: My partner call down room service and there was no answer then he went down to order food to take up to our room and was told hell no. Was told it was to busy because it was to busy and that it wasn’t going to happen and told him he could go to coop across street. It’s pretty sad that you’re staying at a hotel that has room service and wouldn’t provide. I left him without a car because we were told there was room service but wasn’t treated nice when he had to go down to order then turned him away. Not happy about that at all. No matter how busy a paying guest at your hotel should not have to go thru that. We will not stay there again
