Liked: Quick check in and out; great customer service; very comfortable bed.
Disliked: No breakfast; ceiling needs to be cleaned/painted.

Liked: Nice quiet room tight in the heart of downtown and on the river. Well maintained.
Disliked: HVAC was a little wonky but it worked ok in the end.

Spokane Stay

Liked: The room was nice, spacious (except the shower/toliet area) and clean. The room had a mini fridge (that actually worked) and microwave. The smallest patio area was nice, but it was too hot to keep open so early morning coffee was the time to enjoy it.
Disliked: The bathroom was the smallest thing we had ever scene and we had to step into the shower to get in and out. The pull out couch was no larger than a twin size bed, so we ended up going to buy an air mattress for our kids. WiFi was not great. Did not like that we were not told about the additional costs for parking. Everything seemed to have an upcharge which was disappointing considering the cost of the stay anyway.
