Pretty good.

Liked: Nice. Near Century Center
Disliked: Pool area old and small. Pool was freezing. Kids always look forward to swimming when we stay at a hotel, so this was very disappointing. Kids did not even want to swim because it was so cold.

Some small personal issues but...

Liked: Property was close to the location we were at. Very clean and staff were super nice. The food at the bistro was phenomenal.
Disliked: The parking unfortunately was not ideal, if you are paying to stay at a hotel you should get parking for free at the hotel. For the price of that hotel I would think the beds would be more comfortable but that’s a personal opinion. The bistro could have been open sooner as well. The AC did not work appropriately so even though it was set for 67 it was extremely stuffy in the room.

It didn't meet our needs...

Liked: It was in a good location and although they had no suites available, we had two rooms with two queens which were adequate. Front desk staff was good and said we could check out due to the pool not working
Disliked: The pool was not working, there was no free breakfast and parking was high priced for South Bend. Valet parking was great with the speed they got our car and ran to meet the customer's needs.
