Liked: Was clean and really quiet and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: One thing we didn't like was that we had to park far away because every single parking spot close to the hotel was full and that the water pressure in the shower was not good other than that our stay was perfect

Liked: I loved everything and everyone ❤️ the only thing I would recommend is keeping the pool room warmer.
Disliked: No dislikes. Everything was very clean and it was a nice quiet stay. I felt like we were the only ones in the hotel.

Liked: I stay at this hotel often when I travel to South Bend. I enjoy the location despite the few parking options available. The Courtyard has always been cleaned and nice overall. You would not be disappointed with the upkeep in this hotel.
Disliked: Most of their staff members were polite and friendly, however, one young lady was VERY passive aggressive it was disturbing to communicate with her; all I received was an attitude from asking a simple question.
