Liked: Yeah when I went to check in they claimed to have no knowledge of my reservation I was charged for it but I got nothing so I ended up having to sleep in my car that night until the next day when I get the room
Disliked: The fact that they couldn't find my room or reservation

Comfortable bed, but Unclean

Liked: The King bed was super comfortable! Good location for ease of travel. The bathroom left a lot to be desired; it appeared dingy, dated, and very used. Wallpaper was peeling, the floor didn’t appear to have been cleaned (there was hair and other debris), and the wall above the shower appeared to have mold on it. Also, the fridge had not been cleaned, as there were food crumbs inside.

Fun stay

Liked: Ed and Olivia at the front desk were very helpful. When we arrived at our room, there was a leak in a water pipe from the cold weather. I called down to the desk and they took care of moving us right away and offered us breakfast on them for the remainder of our stay and also some additional Marriott points. Great customer service.
Disliked: The bed in our room is in need of a change as it sags in the middle and was a bit uncomfortable.
