Horrible horrible managers

Liked: Used to love staying there until the manager was so unbelievably rude made me check out and cancel my stay for that day because I didn't come down to pay for my room service fee until right. Before check out she made me and my friends pack up and watched us like we did something wrong when we did nothing wrong searched my room over And over again. Not really sure what she was expecting to find but she found nothing and she had me escorted down to the lobby all of this happening before check out time anyways I paid the bill and she canceled my stay for that day extremely rude I had stayed there off and on for the last few months and I loved it there and now I will never be going back and will make sure everyone knows how unbelievably rude and unnecessary there management is to their payingREGULAR CUSTOMERS

Liked: Good bed nice to sleep in. Room is clean. Like there's microwave and fridge. I like the shampoo and shower gel.
Disliked: No tea bags for people who don't drink coffee. Fridge is not cold enough for food. Underneath garage is too tight and ceiling too low very suffocating. Not enough space in the garage to park our car. At night we have to park across the street on an open parking lot.The hallway smells musty Needs air freshner.

Not sure what to say

Liked: Rooms have no view other than apartments looking in on you but are very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful
Disliked: The riff raff that is everywhere outside. A man urinating on the bus stop right outside the property doors. The list is long :(
