Liked: Room was a bit larger than normal with cool round seat/sofa. Extra large windows and interesting storage cabinets.
Disliked: Didn't have a sign showing where to park when checking in. Quite confusing and awkward.

Disliked: I was asked for additional deposit but on website when booking it says a deposit was coming out of the $230 I was charged and would be returned and never was and charged additional $37 and $29 when parking was only $21 which is ridiculous that you guys charged additional $21 for parking when I just paid $230 for 1 night checked in at 11pm to check out at 10am that’s insane I’ll never stay there again. No return funds nothing…

Great room for two, mediocre...

Liked: Breakfast was good, king bed was comfortable, room was well designed.
Disliked: We booked a room with a sofa bed because my teen was traveling with us and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable (and I have slept on a lot of sofa beds) with a bar midway down that felt like a bat to the kidneys. We ended up folding the sofa bed up again and my kid just slept on the couch, but that was much less than optimal.

Liked: Used to love staying there until the manager was so unbelievably rude made me check out and cancel my stay for that day because I didn't come down to pay for my room service fee until right. Before check out she made me and my friends pack up and watched us like we did something wrong when we did nothing wrong searched my room over And over again. Not really sure what she was expecting to find but she found nothing and she had me escorted down to the lobby all of this happening before check out time anyways I paid the bill and she canceled my stay for that day extremely rude I had stayed there off and on for the last few months and I loved it there and now I will never be going back and will make sure everyone knows how unbelievably rude and unnecessary there management is to their payingREGULAR CUSTOMERS
