Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Kirkland

Clean the bathrooms and I’ll be back. Nobody ants to pay $350 a night for a filthy hotel room. My husband was stuck in the elevator with a housekeeper who stunk so badly he then understood why the room wasn’t clean.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The housekeepers need to be taught how to clean a bathroom. They do NOT bother or know how. Take them by the hand, one by one, work with them and teach them how to scrub a toilet, a sink, a shower. Nobody wants to stay in a hotel room with a bathroom that reeks of urine and is filthy.

Loved this place and would highly recommend it.

Liked: If you want a classy, clean, quiet hotel this is your place. I will be back!

Liked: Everything except having to purchase the breakfast
Disliked: Having to purchase the breakfast.... It just added expense that we were hoping to avoid. Daughter made the booking, so not sure where the language may have been for communicating that, in sure she just missed it.

Good location, olive garden next...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. We ate there 2 of our 3 mornings and were pleased with the offerings. One of the times we ate in restaurant and were pleased with the freshness of the ingredients. The other time we had our breakfast to go which was very convenient.
Disliked: They allow pets in this hotel and we noticed the elevator smelt like cats. Not sure why people would travel with cats. We noticed by the courtyard there is an indoor small pool that is not in service. It should be emptied at least since it gave a gross vibe to the place.

Liked: Breakfast was decent if you needed it, but better options are nearby.
Disliked: My room faced NE 124 St and the road prevented a good night's sleep.

Disliked: I thought I had read in your website that it has a pool. That’s a main reason why I booked it. I was very disappointed to find out they don’t have the pool anymore. Don’t you know about it?
