Clean the bathrooms and I’ll be back. Nobody ants to pay $350 a night for a filthy hotel room. My husband was stuck in the elevator with a housekeeper who stunk so badly he then understood why the room wasn’t clean.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The housekeepers need to be taught how to clean a bathroom. They do NOT bother or know how. Take them by the hand, one by one, work with them and teach them how to scrub a toilet, a sink, a shower. Nobody wants to stay in a hotel room with a bathroom that reeks of urine and is filthy.

Loved this place and would highly recommend it.

Liked: If you want a classy, clean, quiet hotel this is your place. I will be back!

Overall, it was nice, but...

Liked: The room was nice and big.
Disliked: The room on the first floor was noisy with the road right outside the window.

Pet and Parking Fees Too...

Liked: Location was perfect for the birth of my grandchild. The room had a positive interior.
Disliked: Pet fee was too high at $100 and I thought it was petty for them to charge $20 a day to park in their lot. The hotel is located amongst office buildings, there is no shortage of parking space like there might be in a more urban setting.

Somewhat expensive, but zero regrets...

Liked: Fantastic sound dampening; like the freeway is right there, but you cannot hear it. And you don’t hear people upstairs walking around or hear the showers draining. It’s so quiet.
Disliked: So wish it had a hot tub. It was my fault I didn’t pay attention before reservation.
