Superb

It was a good place...

Liked: Location was fine, the person who checked me in was great. The hotel was pretty clean and the neighborhood was OK.
Disliked: The hotel seemed dead, there was no information about anything and the eating area was dark, with no activity. I went out for dinner and came back and it still seemed not to be open. In the morning, I don't think there was any breakfast or anything available; if there was, I had no idea how to get there, so I checked-out early and got coffee and breakfast elsewhere. When I checked-out, the person at the desk was not present at all, not friendly or off-putting, just vacant.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and service needed to our room came very fast and again, friendly! The room was also clean! The coffee made by the baristas in the hotel was fantastic!!
Disliked: Noisy heater and the room window faced the main Street which made it kinda noisy in the morning when trying to sleep in. Also, the night curtain didn't quite block out all the light so there was a strip of light coming into our room. Overall, I didn't get the sleep I was hoping for

Liked: The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and I like the view from my room on the third floor.
Disliked: I didn’t like that. It said there was a pool and then when we got there, the pool wasn’t working and we didn’t know that we could’ve went to a different hotel to swim until the day we were leaving..

Disliked: The air unit was very loud. Breakfast was very expensive, with very few choices.
