Liked: The desk staff, Gandhi was incredibly welcoming and warm. The pillows were comfortable. I felt safe, even within a somewhat fringe neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect.
Disliked: The room was overly warm. The soap provided was extremely drying. I booked here because of its listing as ‘pet friendly.’ I was charged a $100 no refundable fee, the hotel’s standard extortion per pet-overnight, with no prior notice that such a charge would exist. All fees included, our 1 night was near $300, more than I’ve ever paid for any night anywhere. Beyond the “pet fee,” there was a extra charge for parking and and for breakfast—by the time I checked out at 6:30am, I’d lost all sense of value in the stay.

Disappointed and frustrated.

Liked: I literally stayed here a week ago and had a perfect experience. This time, they would not accept the same exact card I was using last time. I'm very angry I had to walk over mile to another one-star hotel because they would not let me check in.
Disliked: experience is terrible. I had a terrible night

Exceptional

Liked: room was very clean, view from window was beautiful seeing Puget Sound and local government buildings. TV reception covered all stations. Comfortable bed, warm sheets and blankets. Lots of parking spaces in basement easy access to garage.

Excellent.

Liked: The staff, including the downstairs cleaning lady were very cheerful, friendly and attentive to our group. We came for a hockey tournament......we're all Canadians.
