Convenient Location
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was good. The front desk clerk, Raul, was exceptional. He made our stay very pleasant.
Disliked: Nothing disliked, other than the price, which was a little too high in my opinion

Very good
Liked: Good location, comfortable bed
Disliked: AC wasn’t great, but that may have been an issue with that specific room.

A great experience for tired...
Liked: The staff and location are amazing. This property is just a few blocks from the ferry pier and one block from a metro station. It is a short walk to the Public Market and a short metro ride to other attractions such as the Space Needle and museums, as well as sporting events. The front desk set us up with early check-in as we ended a cruise mid-morning. Upon checkout the next day we were able to leave our bags with the front desk as we explored the city before our evening flight. The front desk was very helpful with information about the city, such as free shuttles. I would highly recommend this property.

What a OK place to...
Liked: We like location of your hotel and also the room was clean and inviting. Food in the restrooms was good. Hospitality from checking people were exceptional.
Disliked: Well, I usually don’t give reviews but in this case I feel I should sell this maybe will help other people that want to book at your place. The first thing that wasn’t pleasant was when we pulled up to check in we were told by a valet, that parking was not included, and that you had to either do valet or find parking on the street. I assume by looking at what your website stated you had parking provided. This was very disheartening as we are on a budget and did not have that in our plan. We talked to the staff and they made the comment that it is very confusing on their website About it not stating you have to pay for parking. They understand why we were taken back by that. The second issue was there was no pool. And like I said before we were on a budget and we purchased swimming suits on that assumption that you had a swimming pool like it showed in the pictures on the website. But again an accurate website Because when we checked in our room, got our swimming suits on then we went downstairs to the lobby to ask where the pool was, they said what we don’t have a pool. I said well what do you mean it showed it in your photos on your website and we were told they were very sorry but it’s very misleading and that they were told by management that the pictures would be removed two years ago. So that Did not sit well with us as we spent money for swimming suits and in the anticipation of going swimming. Lastly, the gentleman‘s being the hostess in your bistro at 11:30 in the morning Sunday was very rude and unprofessional. We actually felt bad for him because he was running around so much like he had so much to do and there was only one other table there. He would come by when we’re not finished and take the salt and pepper, shakers and different things that he needed to put away for breakfast and get ready for dinner I guess. It just was very rushed and uncomfortable and even saying to him hey you need to slow down.

Walking distance to the stadium
Liked: Our room was bigger than we expected, with lovely big windows and luxurious drapes. The staff were helpful and not overly obtrusive. We loved the location near Pioneer Square and walking distance to our concert venue and the Pike Street market. Valet parking was quick and convenient.
Disliked: It was a bit pricey.
