It was a nice stay...

Liked: The front desks, security and staff were friendly and welcoming. There's free Starbucks coffee available at the front desk where you can grab it on the go. The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. with soft and clean bedsheet. The bathroom was clean and the hot water in the shower ran well. The location is really close to the underground train stop and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes near by,
Disliked: The breakfast menu was limited. It was not like what I read in the reviews.The coffee machine in the room should be cleaned regularly. We paid for 3 people but only two sets of towels available in the bathroom.

Location Close To Attractions

Liked: The staff was amazing in the lobby. We did the bed and breakfast option which was very helpful for our family travels. The room was standard and fine overall. The location was close to most attractions too.
Disliked: The lite rail stop closest to the hotel was very scary to go in and out of with small children and a stroller. We often has to walk up to the next station to feel comfortable getting onto the train.

Liked: Very good breakfast, freshly cooked and served well. Food was excellent and well presented, would highly recommend.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Liked: Great location with easy access to unload your car. With valet, it made it worry and hassle free. Everything was within walking distance. Friendly staff that were accommodating.Easy check-in and check out.

Spectacular

Liked: Location is great and the staff have a lovely attitude!
Disliked: The bed frames kinda loud when people decide to use them in a certain fashion causing a disturbance a little bit.
