Nice hotel; OK walk to Space Needle etc. Great Italian restaurant a short walk away. Rooms are nice and quiet. Too bad windows don't open to let in fresh air.

Liked: Comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Rooms are cozy, nicely decorated.
Disliked: Restaurant not open for all meals; view of Lake Union obscured by entry roof.

For the price at this hotel, they should have had free parking and breakfast. Other than those factors, the hotel was fairly cleanly. Also, the staff seemed to be fake and uncaring.

The hotel was very easy to find and the view of the water was beautiful! It was very close to the Showbox SODO where we saw a show and also very close to the Space Needle and downtown shopping. There were a lot of great places to eat very close by as well. The room was clean and nice with the exception of a water spot on the wall.

Liked: Location and view.
Disliked: Expensive parking charge.

Liked: I paid extra for the lake view and they were stunning. Honestly, the best part of the hotel stay was being able to watch the seaplanes land and the boats do their thing. Rooms were comfortable and clean. TV was huge with good channel selection. Great location for downtown attractions.
Disliked: Most of the staff were friendly and excellent. One staff member was very dismissive and cold to me when I tried to discuss a concern. Policy is to lock over $450 in case of room charges or damage, which wasn't advised upfront. This is very high in my experience and caused difficulties for me as an international traveller. This is picky, but I really didn't like that the room only had paper cups, given the cost of the room. Also didn't like that the room service we treated ourselves to on the first night came in cardboard containers in a paper bag with plastic cutlery.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great...

Liked: The hotel was easy to get in and out of and close to areas to walk and eat, shop, etc. The blackout curtains in the room were some of the best I've ever seen. Having traveled from the east coast and getting over the time change, it was nice to be able to darken the room to sleep.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It checked all of the boxes.

Liked: The gym was nice and had enough weights and machines to complete a few full workouts and it was open 24 hours! There was always ample parking, but at a steep cost.
Disliked: The location of the hotel was nice, but it would have been nice to have more clarity on the room that we were paying for. "City view" could mean a view of the tall buildings of the city or a view of some apartment complex and dumpster bins down below.
