Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

This was my second time staying at this location. I had a great first experience, that's why I came back. My first room was for my kids and the TV didn't work at first. They did send someone up to fix it... And the couch bed didn't have any bedding ready for it. Then my second room had trash left in it so it made us question if it even had been cleaned in the first place. We did call down and reported it and they sent someone up to clean it. We were leaving for the night so we just trusted that it would all be taking care of and our stuff would be safe. But once we got back to our room we noticed that the used garbage wasn't really picked up but neatly placed on our night stand. Like, really!? I also noticed that someone went through my bag. I had a vitamin bottle in my shower bag and someone took it out and placed it on the counter next to the sink. So weird I know. But this really did happen. I talked to the manager at the front desk the next morning and he gave me $20 off my room and took off parking for one of our two cars. She wasn't willing to do more. I definitely will not be back and that's a bummer because I really liked that place and it's location was perfect.

Liked: I got two rooms and I was glad that they helped us make sure we were next to each other.
Disliked: Cleaning.

Liked: Friendly, funny, front desk people. Roomservice was great, food was great!
Disliked: If you are an early riser or leaving early, there is absolutely no coffee anywhere. Starbucks doesn't open until 7:00 am and neither does the restaurant. The front desk directed me somewhere four blocks away, in the rain. This was 6:30 am.

Very happy with this hotel

Liked: The room was comfortable and very clean and the general facilities were nice. I didn't end up using the food options in the lobby, but the little shop was super useful when I needed to grab something on my way out the door. Would happily return to this hotel.
Disliked: Honestly, no complaints.
