Liked: Cozy lobby.
Disliked: My room (256) smelled very musty and did not seem very clean. I didn't want to walk on the rug barefoot and I'm not usually picky about that. The room felt humid and I was cold even after turning off the A/C. The sheet had spots and did not look like the cleanest. The elevator floor cruddy with dirt in one of the corners.

Liked: the room was great, the pillows were yummy
Disliked: the bishop left a lot to be desired. I ordered several drinks from the menu board and non of them could be made so I settled for wine.

Liked: We were celebrating our 10th anniversary, and we checked in with 2 awesome who suggested nearby restaurants, along with your restuarant.

Liked: New AC, not noisy. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet.
Disliked: Switches on lamps hard to find. Black water came out of the vanity faucet when switched from cold to hot water. Shower too narrow. Black marks on shower floor. Toilet was ridiculously low. Vanity mirror too dim...could barely see myself. Toilet/shower room also dim. Fan has to stay on when light on...very annoying.

Great time for grandsons birthday...

Liked: we came for the pool and got tub for grandsons birthday pool could use a good professional cleaning. But was enjoyable and hot tub was filled in. Signs still up for got tub but you can see recently filled. the staff was wonderful to him especially in the morning "his birthday" everyone made a big deal and this 6 year old birthday special !!!
Disliked: I assumed it was 2 rooms that was my assumption. Beds seem so time but all this is minor to him having a great time for his birthday

Liked: Price was good. Front desk clerk was super friendly. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: We were on 1st floor and our window was not locked and was very hard to lock. As two women traveling alone it kind of made me feel unaafe.

Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock. The fitness room was a joke. Equipment was missing and didn’t work. The tub had rust and wasn’t clean.

Exceptional stay mainly because of...

Liked: Amanda was amazing at check-in. She is a model representative for the company, highly competent; furthermore, she is ultra professional and personable. Amanda is exactly the person who should be at the front desk acting as the initial point of contact that customers engage with for their hotel visit. Day staff was more than hospitable, and really made the stay, albeit brief, extremely pleasant. The gentleman behind the bistro counter was friendly and on top of his job. Other staff was courteous and easily accessable when needed. It is really great to see service industry staff that can meet and then exceed expectations. I can't remember the last time occurred. You have earned a loyal repeat customer.
Disliked: Some items of note for improvement: 1) The water dispenser box at the front desk was disgusting. It had floaters on top, and sludge flakes on the bottom. 2). The Black Bear eating garbage in the parking lot can be a bit threatening, especially when one is returning with a food order. Lock your dumpsters securely. 3) Give the cleaning staff new laundry carriers. So much duct tape. So much.4) Extend bar hours and advertise it's availability more. The decor is a little stark and uninviting. Is it ur a school cafeteria, coffee shop, or hotel bar? It acts more like some kind of liminal space.5) The balcony door was almost impossible to open.6) The in room refrigerator is either broken, or just garbage to begin with. Way too small, and failed to refrigerate.7) The in-room light fixtures were broken and generally worn out or dindgey. 8) Lack of storage space vs. room size was strange. Fine for an overnight, but lacking for a stay of longer. So much empty floor space where an additional dresser or table could be located.
