I will definitely stay there...

Liked: I asked staff for a room away from elevator and the pool. My room was amazingly quiet. I had the best sleep!
Disliked: Needs better coffee in the room

Liked: Wasn’t as clean as expected. Found a men’s hair in the sink. GROSS! The girl at the front desk wasn’t friendly. They changed our room to something less accommodating and she wasn’t very helpful. Thin walls. Heard a very step from the people above us all night. And the shower didn’t drain properly so I stood in a puddle the whole time.

Generally good but sleep disturbed.

Liked: We had breakfast there. It was excellent.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we had neighbours who seemed toBe entertaining a small group both nights of our stay. It was not raucous but they were occasionally loud. Sound proofing not good. WentQuite late. We have stayed here several times, first time this has occurred.

Liked: The staff was amazing. So nice and polite. Hotel is beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub.
Disliked: That we had to leave and go back home to cold weather

The hotel facilities very nice...

Liked: Nice view of the courtyard, comfortable bed, coffee maker, nice size closet.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off at midnight, and noisy neighbors upstairs.
