Disliked: We had to change rooms twice. The first room was not what I had reserved online. The second day, we spent the day walking around in Savannah, when we got back to the room, the heat was set on 80 degrees and would not shut off. Therefore, we had to move rooms again.

Bad bed

Liked: Liked the cleaniness and accesbility of the room for my wheelchair.
Disliked: The bed was way to bouncy,head of the bed leaned down so had to buy wedge pillow to sleep level,starbucks store closed 20 min early,went down and 3 members of staff sitting at table not say a word or ask if we needed help. Wanted breakfast,but staff not even look at us.
