Disliked: The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. It also lacks free parking.

It was ok, nothing exceeded...

Liked: The location was great, the customer service was great, and I loved the outside fire area!
Disliked: The room was not as clean as I feel like it should have been. There was also a roach that we saw and my husband thought he killed but it ran away.

Disliked: At checking in the staff was completely rude and upon check out we realized we were double charged to the room. We brought it to the attention of the host checking us out and not only was she rude but the manager that came to help her was even worse. Def won’t stay there again
