It was awful

Liked: Nothing. We booked a room with a pull out bed and king size bed because my husband is 6.4 When we arrived they said they didn't have that room anymore because Booking.com overbooked them and gave us a room with a queen bed. We were very uncomfortable and they said they could not do anything about it so basically to deal with it. Furthermore the property had a water condensation issue and fire alarm went off 3 times during the night and when asked if they would compensate for that they also said there was nothing they could do other than award 5000 points for marriott members which we are not.
Disliked: the bed was not what we paid for, the front desk service was terrible, the ac did not work properly, our room faced the street and was super noisy and fire alarm went off 3 times and hotel didn't even give us a breakfast or anything to compensate for their maintenance issue - it was confirmed that hotel had a maintenance issue that they had not addressed therefore setting off alarm 3 times during the night. It was awful!!!!

Nice stay...with a few problems

Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 5:30am, 5:45am and at 8:30am. None of the staff let everyone waiting outside know what was happening or letting us know it was safe to go back inside. One of the washcloths in our room couldn't be used because it was so stained.

Liked: The location was perfect for our visit to SCAD! Everything was within walking distance or close to a parking garage. Next time, we want to plan a trolley tour since they're also across the street.
Disliked: The water pressure wasn't very good in the shower but the heat was great!
