Liked: The location. The peace and quiet, cleanliness, staff friendliness, all good.

Great clean and comfy property.

Liked: They helped us in an emergency situation when changing hotels in middle of the night. The only place who could accommodate us at midnight. Very clean rooms and helpful staff
Disliked: Only issue was purely its distance from downtown Santa Barbara where we wanted to be. Would have liked a discount on pricing for arriving after midnight and taking a room that was otherwise unoccupied.

Disliked: The only thing I was not happy about was that you did not offer complimentary water in the room. The bottle of water costs $6, which I think is not right.

Liked: Everyone was really nice
Disliked: We paid for a room that we didn’t get. They said they were full and we paid 333 a night for a king bed with a couch for room for wedding guests to visit. We got a room that is prices 260 a night. They said they couldn’t do anything for us. The person behind us got a king room. It was a nice place but we were overcharged for what they gave us. We will not use Marriot properties again
