Liked: Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Presentation of hotel lobby and surrounding was nice and welcoming. Close to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Area is a bit sketchy at night but that's due to the downfall of the city. Carpet in Room felt sticky, bathrooms were a bit small with little water pressure from the shower head.

Liked: Love the security feature to make customers feel safer.
Disliked: I found hair in the sink and in the shower and in the sheets. I would recommend that their house keepers make sure tonchange the sheets and throughly clean the rooms and not rush through it. Especially when you have people paying good money to stay at the hotel

Liked: The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The restroom was nice, but it was very small.
Disliked: The location outside was very dirty and there are lots of transient people in the area. For this reason alone I wouldn't book this place again.

Liked: The staff were lovely and professional, nice foyer and dining area downstairs.
Disliked: The bedroom itself was OK, although I did find a used cotton swab on the floor which was gross. I found the bathroom to be uncomfortably small even for me (a small woman), I imagine it'd be a bit of a squeeze if I was any taller/wider. There is only a coffee machine in the room and no kettle for hot water, and no simple slippers to keep feet clean which would have been nice, especially considering the price.
