The location and staff are...

Liked: The property was very well maintained. The staff were great and always happy to help us. The pool and outdoor sitting areas were very nice. It is next to a small shopping area with lots of shops which was great. The ferry to San Francisco is less than 2 minutes away. It was less than 20 minutes to drive to San Francisco and less than 30 minutes to Sonoma. It was the perfect location for our trip.
Disliked: The rooms were a little noisy towards the hallway and between the walls. We had a conjoining door and you could hear the neighbors but it wasn’t terrible. Our 10 month old daughter slept through the noises so it couldn’t have been that loud.

Exceptional

Liked: staff was wonderful and very helpful with the internet. They offered different options to our room. my wife and I was very impressed with the service. The staff made us feel welcomed. we appreciate our room and will think of Marriot on our next travels.

Poor service and cleanlines, but...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel and how convenient it was to the ferry to get into San Francisco. I also enjoyed the assortment of food and beverages that they had in the lobby to purchase to bring up to your room. The beds were comfy but more on the firm side.
Disliked: I didn't like how poor the customer service of the staff was. Also, the main turn-off from our visit was the cleanliness of the rooms. Both the sheets and the towels were dirty, which made the experience feel undesirable. We also had really loud neighbors when after we called the front desk for a noise complainant, I feel like the front desk never followed up with the loud neighbors because they continued to be loud while were trying to sleep at around midnight.
