Disliked: No complimentary coffee. That is so cheap. I had to spend 6.50 downstairs to get a Starbucks coffee that wasn’t even a real Starbucks. They really gouge on the breakfast menu. Not a very great muffin for a high price.

Liked: Front Office Supervisor Garegin Arakelyan was extremely helpful, and he went over and above normal duties in helping us with transportation needs.

Liked: The room was very clean. I liked the modern style. The staff was very friendly. I ordered a flatbread pizza which was very good.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The glass was fixed where you turn on the fixture so you have to get in to turn it on. The shower head was very low and the shower pan seemed higher than normal so I would have liked a grab bar for stability while getting out.
