Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Airport Burlingame

It was okay.

Liked: Friendly front desk and check-in was easy. The view from the room was beautiful.
Disliked: Someone's small curly pubic black was left on the handle of the body wash in the shower. It really grossed me out.Mattress was stiff and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and old (poor support).

Liked: The hotel lobby and rooms were of a high standard. Seemed recently refurbished.
Disliked: I would like a secured parking lot.

I didn't stay

Liked: They couldn't find my reservation from Bookings.com. Then told me I would have to figure out why Bookings didn't show it on their system
Disliked: Staff should have worked out why my reservation wasn't in thei system

Liked: Prices a bit high but breakfast as very good and staff was excellent
Disliked: Sunday breakfast was given to me in a cardboard box. Didn’t like that. But Monday a different person was there, and it was on a plate, delivered with great service.

Liked: Airport shuttle information at the airport not clear.

Passable

Disliked: $25 charge for parking was not appreciated. It's on the website, but I have issues with an airport hotel with ample parking charging for it.

Disliked: Ordered a room with breakfast when I went to eat i was told that it was not included in my price. Very disappointing because that was the reason for my selection
