Satisfy but still room to...

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby cafe (bistro) was good. I only have breakfast there, but the offering was limited, but doable.
Disliked: The rooms are dated. The bed mattress sink in the middle and hurt my back after couple nights. I have been staying at this property three weeks straight. One of the room I stayed in, I had to change due to the smell. The staff was nice enough to switch me to a different room.

Exceptional

Liked: This hotel is well located and provides comfort due to the pool view. The hotel service staff were friendly and gave me detailed explanations and guidance. In particular, an employee named Haley met all my needs and guided me kindly. The room I was initially assigned had a bad smell, so I asked for another room, and she assigned me a room in good condition. The housekeepers were also friendly. It was great to spend time with my family at the pool, and the balcony was good for air circulation.
Disliked: A little bit of footsteps between the floors

Liked: Friendly staff. Very clean.
Disliked: The Bistro restaurant inside says they close at 11am I arrived at 1034 and they said they were closed. They didn't explain why after I asked.
