Good hotel, could use some...

Liked: When I checked in it was at night around 9:30 and a man was standing behind me waiting to pay for some snacks. I was nervous that the desk agent would say my room number out loud (safety first!) and to my surprise he did not and just showed me the number and told me where the elavators were. He was very friendly.
Disliked: When I checked in the mattress was wet on the left hand side of the bed. The good news is that they cleaned whatever spill was there but the bad news was that they didn't let it dry. Kinda gross. There was also no mattress pad or bed bug protecting pad that you usually see in hotels. I did wat at the cafe more than once and there was a gentleman wokring on Satruday morning who was so busy but he remained pleasant and was efficient. And then there was a young woman who worked the cafe register who was the opposite. I tried to be cheerful to maybe lighten her mood up but it seemed as if she did not want to be there nor be serving customers. She could have been having a bad day which I totally understand but I had her twice and she was the same each time. Again, I don't presume to know what she had going on. The next day I had breakfast and there was the same woman but was also another one who was so smiley, helpful and she was wearing a flower accesory in hair. She saved the Monday morning breakfast experience.

Pleasant

Liked: Ease of travel around site and many wonderful outdoor activities.Quiet, able to sleep well.
Disliked: Hot tub was dirty. Room air conditioning did not function well and noisy. Other than coffee/tea you had to pay for, there wasn't any complimentary refreshment available. Check in staff need an in-service on quality customer service and good team communication, very poor caring and kindness. Room with no view unless you were standing up, staying one week I believe an effort could have been made for better ambiance.

Too pricey for what you...

Liked: The pool area was nice
Disliked: The staff were all not personable with the exception of one male who was training in all fields and was happy to help always. The rest the staff acted like it was a chore when asked where things were or for water.

Very Nice

Liked: Room was very comfortable and clean. I took my son to the pool and he had fun. Pool was clean and had plenty of chairs for parents to seat and relax as well.

On point!

Liked: We had a spectacular cafe attendant that also helped us check in and get settled in our room- amazing service and would absolutely return just for him!
Disliked: Clean, easy, quiet

Over all a great stay...

Liked: Location was great clean and beautiful property
Disliked: Not enough parking We were gathering in the lobby. The temperature got up to 78 on thermostat and was extremely warm. Staff would not lower temperature

Disliked: I wasn’t happy to pay for parking.
