In town for a performance at the House of Blues which was next door! My niece was performing and the ability to walk out the door and into the venue was priceless. Hotel was superb.

Liked: Location was great. Valet service necessary and available at 2am. All personnel helpful.

Had a very nice one night stay; would definitely return to this hotel; it's in a perfect location and didn't lack any commodity.

Liked: Clean; comfortable; quiet; location.
Disliked: No onsite parking; $40/day valet.

Unsafe neighbourhood and minimally kind...

Disliked: Even though I requested housekeeping on the day of and they said it will be provided, it was not provided. The room is unusually cold at all times. The neighbourhood is extremely dangerous so don’t walk there!

Arrogant front desk, best location,...

Liked: The valet parking guys were friendly and respectful. Historic building and close by many attractions. Quick service and clean rooms.
Disliked: The arrogant front desk, not sure if I should label them as racist but they didn't respect me. I was told you either take the elevator or take stairs to climb the 10th floor, in my view this was a sarcastic and sick way of talking with a customer.The spring beads are really bad, not at all comfortable.
