Liked: The staff is amazing - you need to serve more actual Starbucks drinks, the hall carpets need to be changed, the mattresses are not Marriot standard, the restaurant breakfast is not really good and the menu need to be upgraded - serve real type foods like chicken wings & better salads etc - I eat out every time time I stay there & usually I stay a week a month there
Disliked: Mattresses are not comfortable need to improve to Marriott quality

Nice room but miss having...
Liked: The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I like that the toiletries are refillable and not the tiny single-use bottles. Kudos for that. The bed was comfortable, and the little couch and ottoman were a nice touch for T.V. watching.
Disliked: They offered water bottles in the room a $ 5.00 a bottle. Water should be complimentary. I also didn't like not having a continental breakfast. There was a Starbucks where we could order breakfast, but they were out of everything. And they didn't accept Starbucks gift cards. So again, a negative, and I would choose the hotel across the road next time we travel through San Antonio.

Will not stay here again!
Disliked: For the price, this hotel was not worth the money. I have stayed in much nicer for way less. The carpet coming off the elevator was very dirty looking. The tile in the bathroom looked old and dirty. The cigarette filled ash trays laid around the outdoor kid are we?re disgusting and there was a strong cigarette smoke smell as well. Not only was I disappointed in the facilities for the price, I am very dissatisfied with booking.com. When I booked this through booking.com I spoke with a representative named Javaine whose quoted me $250.00 per night for 2 rooms and then Javaine told me I?d be give. A 25% off discount when I asked about law enforcement discount. He told me this would ?be in his notes? when I checked in to the hotel. It was not in any notes and the cost of the hotel came to a total of $1080.00 for 3 nights. That comes to $360.00 per night not the $250 plus law enforcement discount quoted to me by Javaine. The representative at the hotel was not able to adjust anything due the booking being done through booking.com. I was told I had to call booking.com directly, but when I did an operator would ask for the confirmation # but when I put the number in, the operator would just continue to ask and I could not get through the anyone. I am so disappointed in this stay and the lack of service from booking.com that I will not use this 3rd party booking again. It feels like a scam. I will be sharing my experience with others as well.

will never stay again, doesn't...
Disliked: No free continental breakfrast, no a good deal for your dollar with so many other choice hotels in same area offer the breakfast. The Marriot hotel next to Courtyard shares pool. No parking tickets for your car, limited parking, some cars taking spots that are not guest vehicles. No remote in bedroom had to request remote. Went to take kids to pool, there were no clean pool towels available had to go back up to the room to get room towels.
