The room was very dirty...

Disliked: The staff member the specific front desk representative who’s name is AMBER GARCIA WAS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THREATENED ME AND MY FAMILY. I’m looking forward to discuss this case with the corporate office.

Liked: Spacious room friendly staff
Disliked: Poor wi-fi, AC barely cooled, TV did not work.at all. These items were reported but never addressed. Rates too high for a mediocre hotel.

Great experience just wished it...

Liked: The room was really nice and the staff were amazing. Hotel was beautiful inside. Ease of check in and room entry.
Disliked: Cleanliness. Towels given had stains and stickers within them. Kind of makes you question if the towels are actually getting washed properly. Pimple patches on the floor and stains and the floor. Shampoo bottle ect you could tell had not been changed.
