A convenient comfortable facility for a stay in downtown San Antonio.

Liked: Convenient to the Riverwalk. Very helpful staff and friendly too. Clean comfy room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing really. I would go back there.

Great location on riverwalk and near attractions. Very clean!

Liked: It was very clean, quiet and fresh.
Disliked: The TV reception was not good which was very disappointing during NCAA Basketball championship weekend and during the 2024 total eclipse. They need a new service provider. Was really disappointing.

Disliked: The TV reception was not good which was very disappointing during NCAA Basketball championship weekend and during the 2024 total eclipse. They need a new service provider. Was really disappointing.

I wanted to go home and not sleep on the bed

Liked: The location!!!
Disliked: I booked a two bed queen and instead I received a queen and a pull out couch that was uncomfortable and a twin size. The room had an old stink smell to it. It was outdated. The shower looked like a motel 6 shower. Not what I expected and use to for Marriott hotels

Liked: I gave the property terrible ratings because the night before we were supposed to get there I received an email telling us that they could not accommodate us for at least the first night, and that they gave us a reservation at the hotel next-door, which is a Holiday Inn. At the same rate it was paying for at the Marriott. The Holiday Inn was much cheaper. They did not treat us correctly.
