Great stay and a great...

Liked: We were checked in by Chase Mauldin - after checking in we ask to also make another reservation for next Friday, within about 2 minutes or less he was done. He was very caring and even gave us a room on the 1st floor near the side entrance - I'm disabled and walk (slow) with a cain.
Disliked: Having to pay for coffee in the lobby.

Great stay

Liked: This was a beautiful cozy hotel and I loved so much that it was tucked away from the noise of the city. Rooms were nice and clean. The sofa bed was modern and comfy!
Disliked: The room got pretty hot at night and we weren't able to adjust the temperature
