Liked: The reception staff was exceptional (Chase Mauldine). Helpful friendly and worked "outside the box" without being overly involved. Professional!
Disliked: AC was making hammering noises all night constantly waking us and I had a medical appointment early the next morning. I needed meaningful rest but didn't get it. Also the TV would not power off and stayed on a white screen. We couldn't watch anything as the remote would not control anything but the power. But it would only power back on after about 2 or 3 seconds. So we had a noisy well lit room to try to sleep in. Your purpose is to provide a functional space and you didn't deliver. I wish you had. We could have enjoyed your facility. We will be back in the medical center area for ongoing treatments. We will stay with you again if you invite us back with the intent to gain our loyalty. Liked: The front desk receptionist was amazing! Her name is Lynette and she made all the difference in our stay. She was very helpful and sweet.
