Liked: Beautiful location. At check in they asked if we wanted a lower room floor or higher room floor.
Disliked: Our pillows were so hard. We also missed breakfast. Wish it went longer than 9:30.

Liked: Liked the different seating arrangements snd tvs private nooks and crannies wide open feel. Aesthetics were good the gym was excellent as was the shower and bathroom close to pool. The pool was nice and hot tub welcomed … the layout of the parking lot was convenient and very quiet location. Nice view and felt good close to the mountainside.
Disliked: The room set up could have been better… at least offer luggage rack holders and more hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels… also I would consider an under the counter shelf to hope toiletries or a shelf like you offered in Zion. Beds and bedding were very good and the shower size and soaps very good. Sink size amd counter was good just would have liked more towel racks and shelving for the stay. Very clean your staff are excellent
