Liked: The hotel, the room and the staff were excellent. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am a little sad about the extra cost of $108.34. I did not use the parking lot because I do not drive, I only used the room and the dining room. My little dog is housebroken, he does not poop inside, only in the yard, I picked up the poop, I used the litter box as instructed. There was nothing extra.
Disliked: The rom was $401,68 and an additional $100 was added for my dog which is fine, but when I checked in they deducted $510 from my account and then another $100 so the total was $610. The bill I received when I checked out only showed $501,66 I don't understand what the extra $108,34 is.

Nice place to stay on...

Liked: Courteous and friendly service. Staff helpful and considerate. Clean rooms & public areas, nice outside back patio area.
Disliked: Omission of prepayment (booked & paid 11 months previously) was charged again at check out. However desk manager sorted it all out so we're happy in the end. Would definitely stay again

Disliked: Loud screech when opening shower door, no microwave, hair dryer cord was too short to use properly
