Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

It was too short. I wish we had booked two nights so we could have taken advantage of the pool and other amenities. We wanted to try the restaurant but returned too late. Hopefully next time.

Liked: I like the room size the bed and shower pressure the blackout curtains. Convenience to airport and the events we participated in. Parking and price of parking. Response to service request. Service from staff
Disliked: The shower did not get hot enough. The bathroom needed to be cleaned a little more, tv too small and did not work upon each attempt to use it, phone to call to front desk did not work

Liked: Good location- good parking close to all doors. Clean and fast service. Starbucks was great and food was great.
Disliked: The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi smells and look like it hadn’t been cleaned. More info in the room about the restaurant hours, Continental, breakfast hours, etc.. The elevator broke during our stay and I have a bad knee and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs..

Liked: Clean, good size room at a good price. Comfortable beds and pillows, lots of towels.
Disliked: Somewhat outdated; $10 daily parking fee is a bit much for this type of suburban hotel.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and loved that you had to have a key to get in the back and side doors
Disliked: It was NOT clean, the rooms were falling apart and not clean. Needed updating, Wi-Fi didn’t work, TV didn’t work. Paid WAYYYYYY too much for the room we got! Sink was leaking, faucet was loose, walls had stains allOver them, tub was so gross.

Ripoff

Liked: Bookings advertised it came with breakfast and that it was 159 a night. Totally not true. Paid more 389 for 2 nights no breakfast even paid for coffee.My work advised me not to use bookings .com based on deceptive advertising information
