Disappointing
Disliked: Major down side was after my family and myself too showers at night. From walking around in the room barefoot, our feet were black from the carpet. The sheets were not clean. It was disturbing to see our feet from just walking on the carpet on our room. Very disappointing. We will not be returning to this location.

Exceptional
Liked: Very clean, great service, comfy, close to the highway. Ordered an expresso martini and it was great. The ac in our unit wasnt working and it was 106 that day. Told the front desk as we were heading out to a concert and when we arrived back at the hotel our room was nice and cool! Great customer service (i believe her name was maddy) i also love that you need a hotel room key to get into the hotel. We arrived from our concert around 12p so the lobby was closed and all we had to do was use our key. Very nice and safe idea. I wish all hotels did this!
Disliked: Parking was hard to find as it is shared with companies. We wanted to try the restaurant but there was only one person at the bar making drinks and food. He was very polite but was clearly understaffed.

Did not honor booking.com reservation
Liked: Good location
Disliked: They did not honor the booking.com reservation. It was not in their system. After an hour of talking to customer service with both the Marriott and Booking.com we were so tired we paid for our room seperately and now will have to deal with being billed from booking and the Marriott. Same hotel just billed twice. Marriott’s bill was higher but to their credit they comped us breakfast for our trouble. I would have rather they honor the reservation with Booking and allowed us to get to our room before midnight.
