Bedding clean, beds comfortable but...
Liked: Easy access, clean facility
Disliked: The molding on the bathroom door needed some obvious repairs. Fridge is ridiculously tiny with no freezer. One bar of hand soap for 3 people. Complimentary breakfast was NOT complimentary. It was paid-for- service, this was not made clear in the hotel description. Pool is NOT on the property. Transportation has to be provided. Very disappointing to my DD daughter who had packed a ball and pool toys. Also not made clear. Deceptive write-up. Check-in staff was pleasant, morning staff was rude with the exception of the lady who checked us out. Will definitely not lodge here in the future.

All in all, we enjoyed...
Liked: We ate in the dining area. The food we had was good.
Disliked: We didn't notice any continental breakfast being served. It would be nice to have that available for the guest.On the last, I went to the ladies room on the first floor amd there was water leaking from the first stall. There were no toilet seat covers available and no toilet paper. Their restrooms have never looked like this. I did report it and they were looking into it. There were a lot of students over the weekend for a basketball tournament which could have been thw reason.

Liked: I liked the look of the room and outside of the property.
Disliked: What I didn't like was the room was not fully clean a light shade was completely damaged on one of the lights. The furniture was marked and worn. And I don't appreciate their hidden fees for the property with no explanation at all. Parking is 12 bucks which is ridiculous with no security. And when you leave they slap you with another 50 buck charge with no explanation other than inquiries. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I payed 154 through booking.com. after everything I payed over 200 for a room for one night which is way over priced. Will not book this hotel property again.
