Comfortable but not user friendly
Liked: Very clean. Beds were awesome.Glad we could bring our pet
Disliked: Early checking was impossible for my in-laws that were going to a wedding in early afternoon. We didn't need advice from staff to arrive the night before to have a room available for them to be secured to beable to be ready for the wedding on the day of the wedding.That was unacceptable.This hotel has to have a million wedding parties booked on a yearly basis, so there should be something before 3pm with all of the rooms you have in this location.Just because checkout is at 3pm doesn't mean there are some guests that wait until 12 pm to check out.My in-laws are very old and needed to wait until the morning of the wedding to arrive. They wanted to check in at 11:30 am. But the desk wouldn't even let them check in or even made them feel comfortable about even getting a room, letting alone getting the room late.They had a reservation for a room for the 12th of April several days before arrival.It was total limbo when they were going to be able to check in.So why not check them in and then have their information to let them know that there was a room available? That's not so hard, in my opinion. That's your business for making people comfortable. So I thought. They were so stressed out having to go back to the desk 4 times in 3 hours to see if they could get a room.I was so embarrassed because I told them this was our booking and they would love it.They had to have a driver to get them there and pick them up the next day, so he just had to wait that whole time waiting to see if they were going to have to go somewhere else.We told them their circumstances and they told us that they recommend coming the night before!!! AH NO! Don't tell me that. We made a reservation, and we have never ever had a problem checking in at any low caliber hotel or at the highest quality hotel like your place.Also, there is no coffee in the hotel as a courtesy for guest night or day. No ice-cold lemon water is available as a complimentary courtesy.
