Decent, but should do better...

Liked: Shower in one of the rooms was nice. Price was good.
Disliked: Was told that they would accommodate my request to have the rooms next to each other, but this was not provided when we arrived. Had they just said they couldn’t from the beginning that would have been fine, but it is unprofessional to say that you will but then fail to do so when we arrive.Also one of the rooms did not have conditioner in the shower which is a fairly basic expectation that was not provided.

Room and bathroom nice and...

Liked: Room was nice, and had good room service.
Disliked: Pitch black in parking lot, no lights working! Twice had to wait ten minutes at front desk. Clock radio went off at 5 am first morning, and we didn’t set it.

Horrible, you book a room,...

Liked: Nothing, they didn't fill my reservation
Disliked: Everything. Got there and they told me they have no rooms

Disliked: There's not trash bags

Liked: Patio seats in Courtyard
Disliked: Breakfast - took way too long to prepare simple French toast, more than 15 minute wait with only one other party in restaurant

Exceptional

It was just one night...

Disliked: The bathroom was terrible, especially the shower. No grab bars, the shower head could not rinse nether areas, the toilet was not right height. I am not totally handicapped but have some mobility issues and as an elderly person iI need some assistance.

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: I looked like a motel really.
