Disliked: When we arrived the lobby was very hot A/C not workingWe entered our room, it was not real clean and we pulled back the bed cover and there was food crumbs on the sheets. We requested new sheets, they could not provide us with this request. So they gave us another room, this time the sheets were stained in three different places, maybe just bleach stains, not acceptable.

Disliked: The rooms are not up to the standards I am use to from a Marriott brand hotel. The room was clean and had no bugs, BUT the physical condition of room was poor.Damaged bathroom door, pealing wallpaper, water stained ceiling, missing cabinet doors, badly stained bathtub, dirty looking and stained chair, missing thermostat on the wall made it difficult to adjust the air conditioner as it's underneath the cabinet. You have to get on your hands and knees to see the controls. No extra toilet paper, just a half a roll on the roller.

I would highly recommend this...

Liked: Nice, up to date and clean. Staff was very nice and personable. Even the cleaning staff went out of their way to say hi and “I hope you enjoyed your stay “
