Freezing Cold!!!

Liked: The property as presented on the web-site appeared to be very recently built, but in fact at a 2am check-in (badly delayed inbound flight) it was run-down and badly in need of refurbishment. The double-glazed windows leaked very cold air badly. Who ever installed your windows appears to have cheated badly or the contract was very poorly written.
Disliked: Heat the common rooms PLEASE! The sterile style was almost as off-putting as the attitude of the staff. The staff gave the impression of having just been given a "pull up your socks" attitude lecture, but I never encountered anyone who gave the impression of having any responsibility for the success or failure of the enterprise

Two star hotel for four...

Liked: Fridge in room
Disliked: Room very hot, 79 degrees, and wall unit wouldn't work to cool it so we had to open the window. No free coffee or tea in the lobby and breakfast items expensive! Tattered couch, barely warmish shower, weird traffic pattern in bathroom. All this mediocrity for $285 per night!

Job well done.

Liked: Very accommodating. I needed a 4 p.m. checked to a child’s sporting event in town. Management was more than accommodating at no additional cost even though I offered to pay.
Disliked: Everything. Clean, friendly, and convenient.

Nice room with a couple...

Liked: Bigger sized room with a small sofa and desk chair. Good lighting and good bathroom.
Disliked: 1. The TV channel guide didn’t list any program information. This was very annoying. 2. The thermostat had to be set two degrees above the desired temperature (I.e., 74 to maintain 72). Minor but also annoying.
