Stay there but dont pay...

Liked: Its location, room size, availability of bar
Disliked: We stayed in different hotels during the holidays but only Courtyard hotel did not care to cancel the advance charge for possible room expenses. We had fully paid the room and everything and were told all taken care of. A week later I am still writing back and forth to get my money back
